These release notes give you a brief, high-level description of the improvements implemented to existing features.
If you have questions about your Druid tenant, please contact support@Druidai.com or your local Druid partner for more information.
- Druid Dashboard
- UiPath Data Service
- Druid Connector Host upgrade to .NetCore 5.0.11 libraries.
What's New
- Druid Dashboard – Druid provides you with a Dashboard template that contains an extensive set of predefined Druid KPIs, which enable bot authors to easily analyze per bot the performance of their Contact Center or NLP/NLU model, analyze the customer engagement and Druid integrations.
- Authoring-time machine translation – This feature is an alternative, time saving, cost-effective option for building multi-language bots with the help of machine translation.
- UiPath Data Service Integration is now available in Druid on a tenant level. It enables bot authors to create Druid chatbot informational model in sync with their data model from the UiPath Data Service. For more information, see UiPath Data Service Connector.
The Dashboard Template is highly customizable; you can change the way predefined KPIs are shown on the dashboard, add new dashboard pages to structure KPIs as best suit your needs and many more.
For more information, see Dashboard.
You define the conversational flows and Druid uses the SDL machine translation service at authoring time to translate flow specific elements from the bot’s default language in all additional languages.
This way, you reduce the translation costs by enabling the bot to use Druid NLP for each authoring language instead of calling the SDL machine translation service for every message written in the chat.
For more information, see Authoring Time Translation.
Improvements
- Live Chat Settings - The LiveChatMaxActiveChats field was renamed to Max number of sessions for automatic allocation.
- Automatic allocation specific events are now registered in Chat Activity History. The following events are registered:
- Agent requested Break
- Agent Started break
- Agent canceled break
- Agent returned from break (after mm:ss )
- Live Chat internal action error details (live chat internal action returns “false” in @InternalActionResult) are now available in the Conversation History logs. For information on how to view conversation errors, see Troubleshooting Conversation Errors.
- For Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration, Druid now uses a new library, PowerPlatform – Dataverse. In this regard, the Druid Connector Host was upgraded to .NetCore 5.0.11 libraries, which come with higher performance.
You can see them in the Chat Activity Details page. For information on how see chat activity history and details of a specific chat activity, see Chat Activity History.
